Even after just a week inside OBM School, my investment had already paid off! One look at the systems vault, and I spent 6 hours updating my internal SOPs. "Before joining OBM School I was still trying to figure out if I wanted to go back to a "real job".
My biggest obstacle was my own fear - relying on myself instead of a paycheck. It took me a while to get through that but the mindset work has helped me flip that switch and once I did that was it for me. Now that I have, I wish I had done it a lot earlier!
Working with teams and other OBM School students in the breakout sessions, working on projects based on real world scenarios - that process and the project evaluations and feedback has been incredibly helpful.
My biggest takeaway is - don’t wait till you’re ready, you'll never be ready. You’ll learn by doing! Lean on your strengths and go for it!"

The Hot Seat Coaching has provided so much extra value to my experience in the OBM School Accreditation program. There is so much to be gained from each person's hot seat time. The combination of the live coaching and the resources provided in the course, enabled me to clarify how to approach a new client about a short-term retainer package. The most amazing part, right after sending my proposal the client booked a break-through strategy session straight away, at a price outside my comfort zone!

I signed my second client just two weeks into the Accelerator program! The support inside the community really helped to motivate me, and sharing my wins gave me huge confidence. As we got all the training materials upfront, I was able to skip ahead a little in the modules to find exactly what I needed to work on in order to assist my client! It was great to be able to put together a good workflow before we begin working together.

After going through the Accelerator program I felt pretty confident in my OBM abilities, but after seeing what the Accreditation program had to offer I realized that I needed that extra "you don’t know what you don’t know" part of the puzzle to be filled in.
I’m so glad I decided to go ahead with the Accreditation program, because of the confidence it has given me. The interaction with the other OBMs in the group. And the experience completing the projects in order to become and Accredited OBM ...the whole process has been an invaluable experience for me. The program gave me the clarity to build my business the way I dreamed it.
Knowing not only how to do this, but how to do it well has given me the boost I needed to succeed.

OBM School has really encouraged me to grab the bull by the horns, run with things, and build my business properly on solid foundations so that I don't feel like I'm winging it and promising clients things I've actually never done before!
